These terms govern your use of the Aeris Research Labs website and your purchase of products listed on it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
All products sold by Aeris Research Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, not drugs, not foods, not cosmetics, and may not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By ordering, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that any product you order is legal for you to receive and possess where you are located.
Access to the store requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your shipping details current.
We do not process card payments on this site. Each order is recorded with a unique order number and is paid offline by Zelle or bank transfer, with the order number referenced in the transfer memo. An order is only confirmed once we match your payment. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or use any product in a manner inconsistent with its research-use-only designation. Misrepresenting your intended use is a material breach of these terms.
Products are provided “as is” for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeris Research Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
