Shipping & Returns

1. Order processing

Orders are recorded immediately with a unique order number but ship only after payment is matched. Because payment is made offline (Zelle or bank transfer), include your order number in the transfer memo so we can match it quickly — typically within 24 hours on business days.

2. Shipping & delivery

• We ship within the United States only.
• Orders are dispatched with tracking once payment is confirmed, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination; estimates are not guarantees.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Re-shipping costs for addresses entered incorrectly are the customer's responsibility.

3. Handling & storage

Products are shipped for research use only. On arrival, store and handle all materials according to good laboratory practice and the conditions appropriate for each compound.

4. Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aerispeptides.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return at our discretion if reported within 7 days of delivery. We do not reimburse return shipping except where an order was sent in error.

6. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled before payment is matched — just contact us with your order number. Once an order is marked paid and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
